Shipping policy
RATES
For shipments within Italy, shipping costs are €7, for the islands €10 via BRT courier with tracking code.
For purchases over €80, shipping is FREE for Italy.
For purchases over €90, shipping is FREE for the Italian islands.
For shipments within Europe, shipping costs are €15-€20 depending on the destination.
For purchases over €200, shipping is FREE in the EU*.
*Not all European countries are included.
For purchases over €300, shipping is FREE for the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Denmark, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary
For shipments outside Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the country.

Italy
Order processing times are 24/48H.
Shipping times are 1-3 working days, for the islands and Calabria from 3-5 working days via BRT, UPS or postal (EXPRESS) courier.
We are not responsible if the customer is not available or present at the time of delivery at the address indicated at the time of purchase.
EU
Order processing times are 24/48H, shipping times are 3-5 working days.

North East EU and Malta
Order processing times are 24/48H, shipping times are 5-15 working days.
The countries are:
Hungary, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Albania, Andorra, Malta

Other countries
Vary depending on the country of destination, it may take longer as shipments go through customs.

We remind Customers that couriers carry out the transport and delivery of products only during weekdays.
Zh cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a possible delay in delivery or loss or damage of the order by the courier.
In the event that the order has not been delivered within the expected time, Zh can, at the request of the Customers, investigate the reasons for such delay.
During this period (about 15 days) it will not be possible to proceed with a refund or a new shipment of the order.
If the shipping address is incorrect and for this reason it is impossible for the courier to make the delivery, the costs of changing the address or storage will be charged to the recipient.
If it is not possible to make the delivery, there will be a second attempt by the courier. If it is not possible for the customer to collect the package on that second occasion, the package will be returned to the sender and the shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, if the buyer refuses to pay the customs duties and the package is returned we will deduct the costs from the refund.
Once the package leaves our company and you have been given the tracking number, it is no longer our responsibility.
