For each product, we provide accurate measurements, photos and descriptions to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Return Policy
If the bag does not suit your taste or is the wrong size or color, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the same value of the purchased item within 5-14 business days via the same payment method used at the time of purchase, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping and Customs costs are paid by the buyer .
You can independently choose the courier to entrust the shipment to; however, we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery of the product.
Zhade is in no way responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once we receive the product, we will carefully check its integrity.
Customs duties are non-refundable and will be paid by the customer. Please consider this before making a return.
Please note that returns are not accepted for items purchased during sales or promotions.
Return Procedure
To request a return, send an email to zhade.info@gmail.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
Expressing the desire to return the product, indicating:
- – order number
- – name and surname
Return the item intact, in its original packaging and complete with all parts, and must be returned using the same cardboard package previously received, to avoid damage during transport.
If the returned item is damaged, we may charge you for any decrease in value. If the damage is such as to invalidate the right of withdrawal, we reserve the right to refuse the return. The product will remain at our headquarters and can be collected at the buyer's expense.
If the item is returned beyond the permitted times, the product will remain at our headquarters and can be sent back at the buyer's expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
- The refunded amount will not include the original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
